The Department of Rehabilitation at Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital plays a vital role in restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving the overall quality of life for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, burns, and various physical impairments. Established as one of the hospital’s core departments, our rehabilitation unit is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to individuals of all ages and conditions. Our department is widely recognized for its expertise in burn and reconstructive rehabilitation, along with neurological, musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory, and pediatric rehabilitation. We work closely with multidisciplinary teams—including surgeons and nurses—to deliver holistic and comprehensive care.

Burn and Reconstructive Rehabilitation

Our Team

Our team comprises qualified physiotherapists with specialized training in burn rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurology, and cardiorespiratory care.
